For breakfast, we have an array of vegan options such as apple pie porridge, overnight burchers and banana and blueberry pancakes with a variety of nuts and seeds for you add on top as desired. There’ll also be a variety of plant based milks to choose from and we’ll be more than happy to provide your preferred milk. For afternoon tea, we’ll provide a delicious vegan cake or baked option and ensure we have a good variety of nuts, seeds and vegan snacks to keep you going.
For the evening, you’ll enjoy a fantastic three course meal designed to both tantalise as well as refuel for the next day on the slopes. Throughout the week, we will ensure that each meal aims to deliver whole and minimally processed foods focusing on plants, including vegetables, whole grains, fruits, legumes, seeds and nuts.
